Working With Us
Our team is has a wealth of experience and is made up of staircase specialists, designers and highly experienced master craftsmen.
We always carry out site surveys, where we take detailed dimensions to provide an accurate quotation on site.
Then, our designers can work closely with you to offer practical advice on materials and techniques.
Staircase Build and Manufacture
During staircase manufacture, our team work alongside a CNC machine to ensure that all of the components fit prior to dispatch. The staircase is carefully packed with all the necessary components, and supplied with a copy of the CAD designs to assist the fitting of the staircase on site.
We fully appreciate the importance of completion dates and delivery times. Therefore, we work within a lead-time of 4 weeks from the date of your order to ensure that your staircase is delivered on site when required.
